Dimension Categories Overview
Single-Axle (16'-22'): Standard 8-foot width, simpler towing characteristics, accommodates more campgrounds, lighter weight
Dual-Axle (23'-33'): 8-foot width at 23', 8'5.5" width at 25' and longer, better towing stability, increased interior area, enhanced storage capacity
Touring Coaches (19'-24'): Van-based widths (roughly 6'10"-7'4"), complete motorhomes, no separate tow vehicle required, Mercedes-Benz power
Height Considerations: Most travel trailers measure approximately 9'3" to 9'8" tall with air conditioning units. Interior headroom typically ranges 6'3" to 6'5", allowing comfortable standing for most adults.
Width Impact: The step up from 8-foot to 8'5.5" width in larger models creates substantially more interior space and makes a meaningful difference for longer trips or multiple occupants.
Keep in mind that interior dimensions vary from exterior measurements. Each model maximizes living space within its structure, so we encourage visiting our New Mexico dealership to walk through different sizes and discover which matches your camping style.
