At Airstream® of New Mexico, Inc., we are an exclusive Airstream dealer and we are New Mexico's only authorized warranty claim service center. We have the experience and know-how to get your Airstream repaired and will work with the Airstream, Inc. Service and Warranty Claims departments to get your Airstream back on the road!
As a Five Rivet dealer, we make it a priority to schedule all customers with Airstreams currently under warranty for service, regardless if the Airstream was purchased from us or not. We are often very busy, so please make every effort to schedule service ahead of time whenever possible. We will do our best to help traveling customers with emergency service as much as possible. We may refer you to Tom's RV, a local shop two miles west of us, as needed.
Please keep in mind the following, as stated in the Airstream owners manual, about what isn't covered under the Airstream warranty:
1.) Tires, batteries, appliances, glass breakage, axle alignment and tents and visors.
2.) Accessories and equipment that are working as designed, but with whitch you are unhappy because of the design.
3.) Any part or component on the trailer not manufactured by Airstream.
4.) Normal deterioration.
5.) Normal maintenance.
6.) After market equipment or accessories.
7.) Any Airstream not purchased through an authorized Airstream dealer.
8.) Any Airstream used other than for temporary recreational purposes, including the use of the Airstream for residential, rental, business or commercial purposes.
Please understand, regarding "Fit and Finnish" issues you may have on your warranty lists, that we are here to make repairs, not to rebuild, your Airstream. IF we can help you with some small items we will gladly do so, but they may not be covered under warranty.
Please also understand, we do not automatically winterize Airstreams delivered to us for warranty and service work or Airstreams being stored at our dealership. You MUST make an appointment or it MUST be on your service list, and it needs be scheduled early before our schedule fills up. We STRONGLY recommend all customers learn to do this process on their own as it is considered normal owner maintenance and you will likely find it inconvenient to get on our schedule, especially if you to plan to use your Airstream during the colder months.
All warranty repairs are subject to authorization and approval from Airstream, Inc. Customers will be responsible for any repairs not covered under Airstreams factory warranty at our regular shop rate of $170.00 per hour.
At Airstream of New Mexico, Inc., we have delivered honest and reliable Airstream® warranty service for many years now. When it comes to Airstream servicing, our department is top-notch and staffed by factory trained service technicians with more than 50 years of combined experience. We're a can-do shop and stand behind our work!
We primarly provide Airstream warranty claim work and recall notice repairs for all Airstreams currently under factory warranty regardless of where they were purchased.
Service Appointments: Please contact Christina at 505.294.8280 ext 106. Please keep in mind all service appointments are limited to no more than 5 items per appointment. In an effort to help as many customers as possible, we don't allow additional items to be added at drop off. We are often scheduled out two to three months. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee "same day" service. Whenever possible, however, we do complete all service appointments on the day scheduled.
Service check ins are accepted after 9:30am and pick ups not later than 3pm.
***UPDATE*** due to staffing constraints we have suspended our wash and walbernize service.
We provide Summerization service appointments after May 1st and our last Winterization service appointment is October 31st. We charge $170.00 for winterization or summerization for travel trailers and $255.00 for motorized units. These appointments book fast and we strongly recommend that you learn to do these normal maintenance items yourself.
ALL NON WARRANTY AIRSTREAM SERVICE: For all other general Airstream service, matinanence and appliance repairs, as well as some structural repairs and aftermarket upgrades such as lift kits, bike rack receivers, A/C soft starts and solar systems we recommend Tom's RV. CONTACT TOM's RV at:

METAL WORK (SEGMENT REPLACEMENT): At Airstream® of New Mexico, we excel at metal work. We are happy to reserve a place on our schedule for any needed metal Airstream® metal repairs during the late fall and winter months.
For a fee of $200.00 we will provide insurance claim estimates for metal work. If the work is scheduled and completed at our shop we will reverse the fee. We do not provide insurance claim estimates for work scheduled at other shops.
PLEASE NOTE: We have limited metal work appointments available for the late fall and winter months. Please schedule early as we always fill up these limited appointments in advance. Once our schedule is full we will open our metal bookings for the following late fall and winter months in April.
ALSO PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT do large multi panel damage repairs. We recommend that you schedule large metal jobs with the factory.

Our shop service rate is $170.00 per hour with a minimum shop charge of $85.00. Our shop specialty metal work rate is $200.00 per hour. Please plan ahead whenever possible, as our schedule fills up quickly!
